For years I tried to remember? which BBC children's TV show used that song at the end (at 6:37 - Java is the name of it) and now I remember! Thank you to whomever posted this. This show is ingrained in my memory. I was 6 when it went off the air and I'm not sure when it played in the U.S. I lived near New York at the time and their public TV station aired this show.

I'm probably a bit older but I've got the same feelings for a lot of clips from programmes from the late 60s when I was around 2, 3 and 4 (I know how long ago it was because we moved house when I was 4? and I remember watching them in the first house) and see some clips on youtube for the first since I was a toddler and it is a surreal experience.

Thank you so much for remembering the whole "backwards" scene. Friends always thought I was crazy when? I tried to explain the show... I knew the ending theme, the worm.. and people in lab coats going through mirrors and everything being backwards!!! Fantastic Memories!!!

I agree 100% with every word you spoke. To this day, I can never understand why her hip hop videos gain more attention then the songs of her earlier career, especially knowing the songs she wrote and sang about during the early stages of her career had more feeling that uplifted your soul, non of? her hip hops songs does that. I was almost fooled into believing this was Dave for the first 30 seconds. I thought? someone fucked up and put new DM here. Good song and music. yes it sounds like Depeche Mode, which is understandable given the latter's huge influence on synthpop and "Dark" synthpop. But they manage to add their own unique? touch, and don't seem to have (yet) incorporated as many rock elements.

The only thing that is similar is it is synth based dark pop. The structures are of the songs are quite different-Mode writes a lot of tight 8th note based rhythems, these D/V veers more toward 16th notes. Mode has increasingly used more guitars, & accoustic drums, these guys dont. ? Martin sings really sappy ballads on occasion. Just a different band. If you think these bands sound the same go listen to some guitar crap! It's all the same crap with guitars, three chords and distorsion...

Onlt just found out Pat Keysell has died from reading the comments on here. RIP. She and Tony Hart, along with Wilf Lunn, Ben Benison and the rest were like? cool aunts and uncles to me when I was a kid, the kind you wished you could spend an extended summer holiday with. According to one Vision On website, all the programmes from 1970 onwards exist on their original colour videotape.. If a DVD release is unlikely, I wish someone at BBC Bristol would sneak a few out and stick 'em on You Tube.

Yes it was 'Our' programme!! I liked things like the Proff as it was similar to Buster Keaton and Laurel and Hardy who are still heroes to the deaf!!. Pat Keysel's signing wasn't actually very good and often difficult to follow but it was the first time our language was ever recognised-though I? think VO simplistic use of sign stopped hearing people thinking of sign as what it is- a full language and maybe held things back. There was nothing else till the 80's not even subtitles

Research proves that technology can improve teaching. I am a teacher conducting research for my PhD, and learning by doing is proven to be far more effective than lecturing. The failure of our schools is teaching to the test. Real-world application are what will improve? education, and technology allows us to do that. Students can be taught how to write a story in a digital context too. Preschoolers are doing it every day right now...they're learning faster than ever using digital tools.

God calls us to be like Him, to show people his Love and Light, not to insult and? give in to anger. Instead of calling people idiots, you need to be a light to them, SHOW them God's love, don't just say you are a follower, and then turn around and do the OPPOSITE of what God wants, thats how we got so many people going against God in the first place.
