I found a woman psychiatrist I liked and she doesn't take my insurance and charges 250 dollars an hour..50? minutes actually. 1000 dollars a week, and some people need2-3 sessions at first. I have been a chronic sufferer of panic attacks for over 15 years now and have been on and off medication for it. I? do vipassana meditation which helps a lot, but I don't always find the time to do it as much as I would like or am too anxious to get a good enough sitting to calm down. Your video, will help me immensely to calm down when I am busy and actually having an attack and can not run off somewhere to meditate. I started off taking my meds as perscribed and i ended up swalling the whole bottle in 3 days (30mg)....i dont remember any of those three days, i dont ever remember when i started to take more? than perscribed, but i ended up in the hospital for a suicide attempt. This shit is SCARY, be careful

I tried just one pill once, I only felt one effect of it, => incredibly suppressed libido! And? my libido has always been unbelievably high, I said fuck it and threw the entire bottle in the trash! I was prescribed Alzam, an addictive medication which helped, but I wasn't going to take the chance to become addicted to a pill. On a forum someone suggested I use 5HTP [pure and completely natural serotonin].? I took a daily dose of 100mg for about 2 weeks and all the anxiety was gone. I really wish there were more therapists as yourself. I was abruptly removed from benzos after 7 years/high dose. Nearly six months later, it's still hell. The neuro symptoms (muscular twitches, vertigo, racing thoughts, tactile hypersensitivity, and ongoing insomnia), are brutal, and there really appears to be no end in sight. If the symptoms don't let up within a few months, I'll seek medical help elsewhere, as without, I could win lotto, but remain a "feral cat on crack in traffic!"?

That is the fact that almost anyone prescribed "benzodiazepines" long-term (med. to high doses), will almost always experience significant neurological disruptiveness, and often double the anxiety when the benzos are abruptly curtailed.
